SHIPPING DURING THE COVID19 CRISIS
Though our bricks and mortar store in Salmon Arm has been closed to the public for a few weeks now, we are still committed to fulfilling and shipping online orders safely and following all CDC guidelines to help reduce the transmission of COVID-19.
Here are some of the steps we are taking to protect everyone in this very fluid situation.
1. Every item you order from Silhouette is already in the store. It is not being shipped from somewhere else, so it is not passing through more than one set of hands. That means you can be assured that items are virus free.
2. Because Silhouette is just one little store, there is only one employee on shift at a time. That ensures we can fulfill and ship online orders safely and following all CDC guidelines.
3. We are answering our emails and Facebook messages promptly. During this time, these are the best ways to communicate with us. We are not in the store all the time, so if you leave us a phone message on our usual line (1.855.546.3096), please understand that we may not return your call quickly.

Easy Peasy Return Policy
We're just not into complicated, legalese. It makes our heads hurt! If you want to return it, just do it! Regularly priced items qualify for a full refund. If your purchase was on sale (and isn't clearly marked as a final sale), we'll give you an in-store credit so you can pick out something fabulous!
Occasionally, an item is marked down so much we just have to make it a final sale. If the item you like is a final sale, it will be clearly marked as such - in capital letters - FINAL SALE! If the sale item you are interested in does not say Final Sale, then you can return it for an in-store credit
IMPORTANT for US an International Orders: Do not return items by courier. All parcels must come via Canada Post, United States Postal Service or your country's national post service. We will not accept returns sent by FedEX, CanPar, UPS or any courier service.
Returning an Online Purchase:
We hope you fall madly in love with the item you bought from us, but we also know sometimes it just doesn't work out. If the item doesn't fit, or the colour just isn't right or you just don't like it, you can return it. We'll give you a refund on regular priced fashions. If the item you purchased was on sale, we'll give you a store credit.
Important stuff: As long as it wasn't on sale, hasn't been worn, isn't altered or damaged, and is in resaleable condition, we'll refund your purchase. (Items with a perfume or smoke odor are not resaleable, and therefore non-refundable).
Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will not be refunded or shipped back to you. If you need to return an item that was on-sale, we will give you an in-store credit, but no cash refund
You can return items by mail or bring them into the store within 15 days of your purchase. Please include the original tags and the original packing slip with your returned items.
We offer FREE shipping in North America on orders over $125
Shipping to the UK, Australia and Western Europe, including Iceland and Greenland) is based on weight and will be calculated at the check out. Can't get any simpler than that! :-)
